what should i wear?

The dress code is formal. we can’t wait to celebrate with you - getting dressed up is part of the fun.

cocktail dresses, evening gowns, tuxedos, suits with ties, or tailored formalwear are all welcome. have fun with accessories, textures, or colors that reflect your personal style while keeping it formal.

in short: dressed up, still you. sophisticated and ready to dance.

can i bring my kids or a plus one?

while we'd love to celebrate with all of your loved ones, we are only able to accommodate the specific guests named on your invitation. we completely understand if this impacts your ability to attend and appreciate your understanding!

what should i do in toronto the days before and after the wedding?

if you are planning to stay a little longer before or after, here are a few of our favourite places near the venue that we think you’ll love.

St. Lawrence Market
one of the most popular markets in north america and one of our most repeated spots, there is so much variety to choose from! great spot for breakfast (carousel bakery for peameal bacon on a country roll (mick would be proud), or montreal style bagels baked onsite from st. urbain. the oyster counter is one not to miss, as both of our Moms would attest to!

C’est What Pub
a cozy, down-the-stairs toronto pub that feels like a hidden gem: great beer list, including cask ales for liam, and the food is all made with ingredients from the market. mack highly recommends the jambalaya but also acknowledges that’s a crazy thing to recommend.

Distillery District

a beautiful cobblestone area for a walk, especially in the fall. tasty snacks, bars, cute shops, and lots of photo moments.

PJ O’Brien’s Pub

some would argue the best pint of guinness in the city… and it’s right next door to the venue! A historic irish pub with a great backstory that’s lively, friendly, and perfect for a pre-wedding pint. great photo op with the guinness wall outside the building.

Notte Ristorante

elevated italian food and a great place for a nice dinner with friends and family. Full amaro cart and huge wine list. only a 5-minute walk from the king eddy.

Terroni (Adelaide)
a toronto staple for italian food in a beautiful old stone building. good for bigger groups and usually an easy spot to get a reservation at.

Score on King

we’ve had our hearts broken by every Toronto (or buffalo) based sports team at this bar. it’s also where we celebrated signing our agreement with the king eddy before a rare leafs playoff win in 2025.

library bar - royal york hotel

a great place for refined cocktails, bar snacks and people watching in a beautiful setting. grandpa murray and grandma kae hosted us, and lexi and chris, there for a christmas celebration for years.

thank you for being a part of our story for the past ten years, and we're excited to celebrate so many more to come.

as we count down to the wedding, take a trip down memory lane with us to some of our favourite moments together.

we're excited to make so many more special memories with all of you.

kindly
